Helped me buy home
We were put in contact with Linda Danielson through an inquiry on Zillow about 2 1/2 years ago, and this is where our journey began with Linda. Not knowing what we wanted at the time, but interested in getting ourselves out into the market we had numerous conversations with Linda about what it is we wanted. After looking at some homes, we were a bit unsure as to what it is we truly wanted Throughout this entire process, Linda was there for us. We had her driving all around southeastern Wisconsin trying to find that perfect property for us a property that gave us a good mix of spaciousness access to amenities close to family and something that we could build a life for our family in.After dialing in our dream property about a year ago, we really made a push to start actively seeking more homes with the market being the way that it is and still us mostly unsure of what we wanted. Linda would drive to properties and show us homes that weren’t even within , our requirements from the standpoint of move-in ready we weren’t seeking some thing that was completely ready to go but we also weren’t seeking a complete gut and that’s where her expertise came in, she would give her feedback on the visions that we had while walking through these homes and the properties while we were mainly interested in the property itself we also wanted the home fast forward about four months ago, and we found one we drove up to the property and unfortunately the open house was closed. We thought shoot we missed it, not knowing what to expect, we pushed our way to the front of the line and asked if we could see the property. The home was undergoing a private showing and the listing agent was just packing up and leaving. She offered us the ability to walk the property while the private tour was going on, we walked the property and patiently waited for the potential buyer to leave, and at that point, she gave us access to the home. We had never had a feeling like we had touring other properties when my wife and I pulled out of the driveway, we both looked at each other and we started crying. This was the one. Being a competitive market, we were anxious, but also excited the open house went through out the weekend and we went every day except Sunday. We brought our family through to see it with mixed results. We met Linda there on Saturday. She took time out of her day to walk with us and gauge our interest level as she had been with us for 2 1/2 years we looked at her and we were committed to making an offer on the property. We ended up making an offer on the property and getting an excepted offer. Linda took time out of her day probably missed some of her sons, baseball games and other life events while we were royally in indecision, she gave us the space to allow us to vent. Tell her heart, our hopes and dreams and the purpose behind why we wanted to purchase a home stead lifestyle fast forward some three months today we couldn’t be happier with the results that Linda got for us, putting on some thousands of miles driving to multiple properties and land seeing some real dumps and protecting us from making poor decisions we couldn’t be happier with the results that Linda gave us. Linda is extremely courteous, patient and professional, and genuinely a great person to enlist as your realtor. We would highly recommend Linda to anybody who is searching to purchase a home. Her knowledge about market trends, pricing, and areas of concern gave us the peace of mind to jump headfirst into this process while we were tiptoeing around for some 2 1/2 years, she could’ve dropped us like a bad habit given the market and the craziness of it and her being extremely busy and selling homes sometimes within even a day. Linda helped us achieve something that we had always dreamed of and for that we will forever be grateful to her for allowing us the space and time to achieve this goal.
