Married since November of 1994 and navigating 12 moves together as a military family, Ed and Jen Gamez bring a unique experience and approach to Real Estate. You see, we know what it's like to move, to get acclimated to a new community, to pack it all up and start all over. With every client we help, we keep in mind our personal experience while using our technical expertise to get you to the finish line. We are content to be back in our home state of Wisconsin and to stay put for a while.
Having moved so often, Jen's journey took a winding, but educational path over the last 26 years to equip her with knowledge that benefits her clients to look at a bigger picture than the transaction at hand. She has served as a Bankruptcy Coordinator, Foreclosure Specialist, Manager of a Tax and Financial Planning company, Mortgage Loan Originator and,of course, a REALTOR©. Her unique path gives her the ability to guide on many levels and know when to bring in outside professionals. Most recently, Jen has lead in a Managing Broker role for both C3 Real Estate Solutions in Colorado and the First Weber Mequon Office. The Managing Broker role allowed her to help more clients by helping agents grow their knowledge and skillsets. She is currently both a Broker Associate for Coldwell Banker Elite and a Certified Ninja Selling Coach. With Ninja Coaching, she has REALTOR© clients across the country and in Canada. Ninja Selling is a relationship based selling system for Real Estate Agents and Lenders. She has earned the NAR GREEN Certification, Certified Negotiations Expert Certification and is a Certifield Military Residential Specialist.
Ed spent 26 years in the US Army of which 15 years were in a Recruiting role and retired in 2012. As a Recruiter, Ed's ability to listen, guide and level headed problem solving skills, made him a top producing Recruiter and earned him a Commander role. During his time in the military, he earned a Masters Degree in Business with a Technology emphasis. Since his military retirement, he has been in the role of Sales and Support Manager for Focus 1st, a pricing and positioning Real Estate software company. He has trained agents from around the country on proper pricing and how to show clarity to clients. His heart for service and pricing expertise makes him an incredible asset in the Real Estate industry.
